It’s my first time staying at the hotel and I have had the most unforgettable stay at Kozmo Hotel Budapest—it truly exceeded every expectation I had. I stayed here for one night during my graduation trip, and from the moment I checked in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was originally booked into a deluxe room, but after mentioning it was a special occasion, I was upgraded to a beautiful two-bedroom suite with a massive terrace. I also received access to the spa and a welcome drink voucher, which was such a generous gesture. What made this stay truly stand out, though, was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. The hotel manager greeted me and personally invited me to celebrate with champagne at the private rooftop area, creating an incredibly memorable moment I’ll always treasure. To top it off, I was gifted a book about Budapest at checkout and it’s a thoughtful surprise that perfectly capped off my stay. The hotel itself is undoubtedly of luxury standard, no matter from the elegant interiors to the exceptional breakfast with an ordering menu as well. But it’s the genuine care and generosity of the staff that places Kozmo Hotel far above many other luxury hotels I’ve experienced around the world. This hotel impresses me so well and built the image of Budapest in my mind. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Budapest. I can’t wait to come back.

We stayed 4 nights in this amazing hotel in one of their junior suits. The design of the hotel is fantastic. The personal is super friendly and helps all the time. We enjoyed the spa area too. The breakfast was also nice. If I go to Budapest again, I will stay there.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Kozmo. Everything was perfect—from the room to the breakfast, and especially the spa. The staff, including the concierge team, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. As someone who works at an SLH property in Copenhagen, my expectations were high—and Kozmo exceeded them in every way. The spa was truly exceptional and a highlight of my stay.
