This was an amazing experience, I just needed to stay one night after I flew in from the airport. I was greeted by Dimitri with a warm welcome and smile, he quickly checked me in then told me about the pool, popcorn snacks, the flavored fruit water he had prepared. I came to my room which was clean, quiet, and had chocolates on my pillow with a little note and two complimentary waters. The shower was hot with good water pressure and the bed was comfortable to me. The breakfast was very good the next morning - waffles with loads of toppings, bacon eggs, cereals, bagels, and a variety of beverages and the morning staff I interacted with were sincere, caring, and quick to action. This was an excellent resort level of customer service, clean and comfortable rooms, and an overall great experience. Please keep up the good work!

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and super helpful throughout, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — the bed was especially cozy and the blackout curtains were a nice touch for a good night’s sleep. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants, and felt safe even at night. I also appreciated the on-site amenities like the gym and pool, which were well-maintained.
