Great location, but a few issues Very nice hotel in an excellent location, with plenty of dining options nearby. However, it’s a bit of a walk to the beach if you don’t have transportation. The air conditioning wasn’t very effective, and the toilet plumbing could use some improvement. Top floor rooms have great views of the ocean and mountains.

Hotel nice. Rooms clean. Room service food not good. Management excellent and friendly. If you can not walk steep roads don't stay here. Workout everytime you walk somewhere. Not for older people. Very nice pool in the mountain.

If you like walking up a very steep hill to get to your accommodation, this is the one for you. We paid to have our room upgraded to the pool access room. Little did we know how disappointing it was going to be. First, our aircon was dripping water. The engineer was sent to repair while we were there. Why wasn't this checked before guests arrive? Second, the hot water would only come out for a few seconds when you open the tap. We complained on day 2. The engineer was sent again to repair. Breakfast options were very poor. I don't like that you put the pork options right next to the rest of the food. Some of us don't eat pork for religious reasons. It should be separate. Overall, this was not worth the money spent on upgrade. If I'd known earlier, I would've changed our Krabi accommodation.
