Krabi Heritage Hotel

I loved this hotel. It is very budget friendly and very accessible area in Ao Nang where you can get everything nearby. The pool is great and 6 feet deep. Decent breakfast, actually very good for the price I paid. Even a bathroom at such an affordable price. Do use the concierge service at the hotel, they have very affordable packages and discounted price that what you get at the street shops for island tours etc.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The location is perfect. There is a laundry 30m from the hotel that is so convenient. The breakfast is standard. The aircon in the room was very loud and could be disturbing light sleepers. The wifi is annoying as you have to reconnect everything you leave and return. I believe it is worth the money I paid.

Our stay started well and we were welcomed by friendly staff in the reception. However once we got to the room we discovered an unpleasant smell. The pillowcases smelled like they had been put on while they were still humid. We decided we would contact the staff after getting some food nearby, but when we got back around 10 pm the reception had already closed and the security guard could not help us resolve the issue. Furthermore the room was seriously lacking soundproofing and we could hear everything that was happening in the hallway. Even if you talked at a normal volume you would hear it into the room. The shower was also not great as it was hard to regulate the pressure. The hotel also some positives. The mountain view from the room is amazing with a nice small balcony to go with it. The hotel has great location, close the the beach and the monkey trail, as well as many restaurants and bars. The pool area and the fitness center is of good quality. The hotel also provides airport transfer and tours, which is great. Breakfast buffet was decent.
