Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality and Amenities From the moment we arrived, the hotel's warm and welcoming hospitality made us feel truly special. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and ensured our check-in process was seamless. Our room was impressively spacious, providing ample comfort for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience each morning, offering a wide variety of dishes that catered to both children and adults. The hotel boasts several swimming pools, each designed to suit different preferences, and the pool bar stood out with its impressive selection of drinks and relaxing ambiance. Our children particularly enjoyed the kids' room, which provided them with engaging activities and a safe environment to play. A highlight of our stay was the Thai massage offered by the hotel. Receiving the massage in a hut beside the swimming pool added a unique and tranquil touch to the experience. The hotel's strategic location is another significant advantage. Being within walking distance to the beach, money changers, scooter rentals, massage centres, nail salons, shopping areas, and a variety of restaurants made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Overall, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable vacation.

Wonderful hotel. The best value for the price and quality. Breakfast so variety. I love tropical fruit. The staff are helpful. Great Swimming pool &bar so many choices for buy one free one.

A tired and dated hotel. Definitely not the 4 star it claims to be. The 3rd bed in the family room is a folding bed that is so hard that my son has taken to sleeping on the sofa. The bathroom shower is loose and looks about fall off the wall, the toilet seat is loose. The sink is cracked. The silicone sealant has been applied by a 5 year old. The pool isn’t very clean with a green tide mark all around it. It hasn’t been cleaned in our stay. There is a lack of sun loungers too.The hotel evening bar hasn’t been open during our stay either. The pool bar is open during the day but beware I strongly suspect the ice is made from tap water. The food is not nice and we’ve taken to eating out for every meal. They will only give you one card for the room key, no reason given. We accidentally took the stairs to the basement and it looks like a dumping ground for everything excluding food waste. There is a lack of staff and the ones that are trainees do the work. It’s like they are operating on skeleton staff. The remaining staff, that seems to be the 2 bar staff, are on constantly their phones and the usual Thai hospitality is lacking. Good points, there is a fridge in the room. They provide a beach mat & bag which is very useful. Also they provide pool/beach towels in addition to room towels. The hotel is in an excellent location and a short walk to the beach, bars, shops & restaurants. On the whole rather disappointing.
