The location is perfect and haring a private beach access is unique in this place. The whole resort just has this aura of past beauty. It was and partially still is beautiful but in many details it has aged and lacks investments. The luxury rooms however were nice and clean, nothing to complain here. Air I did not work but it was fixed swiftly.
We had a very disappointing experience at this resort. The room we originally booked was unavailable upon arrival, and we were instead offered an "upgrade" to a bungalow (Luxury Grand Room). Unfortunately, the bungalow was extremely old, dirty, and in no way reflective of a 4-star property. The bed had exposed wooden pieces, the bathroom and toilet were stained, and the in-room safe was rusting. We even noticed what looked like bed bug trails near the lamp. Feeling extremely uncomfortable, we asked again about our original room, only to be told it wasn’t available due to a lack of hot water. We were then shown two more bungalow rooms—both were dirty, and one hadn't even been cleaned, with used towels left on the floor. Eventually, we were offered a cleaner and slightly nicer room, but only if we paid extra. Even this upgraded room had several issues, and the hot water still didn’t work. At this point, we were paying much more than the original rate just to get a room that felt sanitary. We ultimately decided to request a refund and move to another hotel. The only positive note was that the supervisor in the morning was understanding and helpful with the refund process.
We at Travone Holidays would like to express our strong disappointment with the ongoing experience of our client, Mr. Jitender Bohra, who is currently staying at Krabi Resort from June 1st to June 3rd. We had booked 5 rooms expecting a comfortable and seamless stay, but the service has been shockingly poor and far below acceptable standards. Here are the major issues faced by our client and his group: • No proper response at reception, even after waiting for 1–2 hours. • Air conditioners not working, causing serious discomfort. • Taps not functioning and basins blocked in some rooms. • Toilet seats getting stuck frequently. • No room service provided despite multiple requests. • For basic necessities like drinking water, guests had to ask 4–5 times, and even then, delivery took 2–3 hours. This experience has caused significant inconvenience to our client, and naturally, it reflects poorly on Travone Holidays as their trusted travel partner. We always strive to provide the best for our clients, but situations like this harm our company’s reputation. Due to this unacceptable experience, we have decided that we will not be recommending or booking Krabi Resort for any future clients. We urge the resort management to take this feedback seriously and make immediate improvements. – Travone Holidays
