Krajokkaew mouthten khao yai

Just went to stay at a pool villa in Khao Yai with my family of 12. The house is a modern glass style. It was a bit hard to book because it seemed to be full every Saturday. You can see the mountain view in all directions. The atmosphere is very good. The house is spacious and can comfortably accommodate a lot of people. When divided, the price is not as expensive as I thought. There are also toys for the kids to play with all day. There is a private pool, a pool table, and small activities for adults. We could stay all day and not get bored. Most importantly, every corner is very beautiful for taking pictures. Very impressive. It was a warm and fun family trip. 👍🏽

โดยรวมแล้วเราโอเคมากๆกับ3วัน2คืน ที่ได้พักผ่อนณ. ที่แห่งนี้ ชอบมากที่สุดจะเป็นความเงียบสงบ ไม่วุ่นวาย เราสามารถเสียงดังเอนจอยได้เต็มที่ บรรยากาศดีสุดๆในช่วงค่ำขึ้นไป กลางวันอาจจะร้อนหน่อยแต่แอร์ในบ้านเย็นฉ่ำซะใจ เย็นจนหนาว แต่เราจะขอติหน่อยนะคะ -โต๊ะพลู มันก่องแก๊งมากเล่นไม่ได้เลย ไม้ก็ไม่ดี เหมือนของเล่นเด็ก(ราคาบ้านเท่านี้ควรจะให้ดีกว่านี้ค่ะ) -ถ้ามาหน้าหนาว ต้องอาบน้ำเย็นๆนะคะ ไม่มีน้ำอุ่นเลย -เราพัก2คืน หลังจากคืนแรก ควรจะมาเก็บขยะไปทิ้งให้จะดีกว่านะคะ(แบบไม่ต้องรอให้เราแจ้ง)เพราะแมลงวันเยอะ -ทิชชูเช็ดมือเช็ดปากไม่มีให้ ต้องซื้อเข้าไปเอง -ผ้าขนหนูแข็งมาก เราคิดว่าจะให้บริการด้านที่พักควรศึกษาเรื่องการซักผ้า ซักผ้าปูให้นุ่มได้ค่ะ มันแข็งมากจริงๆคะ -น้ำบนบ้านที่จะอาบไหลเบาค่ะ การอาบน้ำไม่ค่อยฟินเท่าไหร่ -สลิปเปอร์ในบ้านต้องใช้ช้ำจากคนก่อนๆๆๆๆๆๆ เราอยากแนะนำเจ้าของซื้อแบบบางหน่อยที่โรงแรมทั่วไปใช้ ที่ใช้แล้วทิ้งจะดีกว่าไหมคะ มันดำมันเหี่ยวหมดแล้วอ่ะคะ -ไฟตรงแคมป์ไม่มี ถ้ามีก็จะเริ่ดกว่าเดิม 100% -ที่บ้านไม่มีอาหารเช้านะคะ เราเห็นคนติเรื่องแม่บ้านเยอะ เราว่าเขาทำเต็มที่นะคะ เราไม่ติแม่บ้านค่ะเพราะคิดว่าพี่เขาให้บริการ และแจกจ่ายของในบ้านตามที่เจ้าของบ้านสั่ง แต่ใดๆภาพรวมก็รู้สึกโอเคกับเงินที่เสียไปค่ะ😊 เพราะอยู่บ้านเราเองก็ไม่ได้ถูกใจไปซะหมด แต่เรื่องที่ติคือเราเสียเงินไปเราคิดว่ามันควรจะได้รับบริการที่ดีกว่าค่ะ

The good: • The exterior and interior of the house look exactly like in the photos. • Although the location is about 30min drive of most well known Khao Yai attractions/famous restaurants, it’s close to some other attractions such as Rancho Charnvee, Ban Mai Chay Nam, Blossom Bloom and Greenme Organic Farm. • Owner is negotiable on the deposit as we are unable to do bank-transfer like locals. The not so good: • Cleanliness is generally acceptable, but there’s visible dust balls under bedroom curtains and uncleared dustpans. • The layout of the room is not ideal. The master bedroom and its toilet are way too big. Consequently, one common room has no space for attached toilet (found downstairs) and wardrobe, and the other common room has no space for a dressing table. • The water faucets and shower mixers are not of very good quality and hard to mircro-adjust the temperature, and there’s a noticeable delay in the change of temperature. • The bath and face towels are all placed inside upstairs bedrooms although there are racks in the toilets. Why take all the trouble to bring the towels upstairs when 2 of the 4 toilets are downstairs?? The bad: • That is absolutely the service (or rather the lack of it)! • The contact number given to us never responded to a single message on Line App, nor answered calls. There is still response received via Agoda but there could be 1~2 hrs delay. • Please issue an official receipt for the deposit collected!! • The owner is more concerned with protecting everything in her/his precious house than making the house part of guests’ memorable experiences. Check the list of damaged item cost which is placed beside living room TV, and there’s a notice on the check-in briefing note to charge extra 500B for cleaning if you make a mess in the house. I count myself lucky for getting my deposit returned in full after breaking a toothbrush cup, phew! • There is no dustbin in the bedrooms and living area, and not a single box of tissue paper. There is also no handsoap in the bathroom. When I requested for these basic items, the host was not willing to oblige. (Come on! These are basic items and cheap!) The host/owner has a long way to go to provide proper guest service. With this price, I can find better deals in many other places!
