The place is just amazing! Very good customer service! The house is equipped! amazing views! A dream vacation! Thanks for the amazing experiences! We will always want to come back! And highly recommend for a pleasant and family vacation!
Excellent location and friendly staff helpful and the room clean
We visited chalets for 3rd time and this year was a disappointment. If you expect to get essentials such as toilet paper or soap for accomodation for almost 4500 EUR per week, you might be very surprised. Chalet is close to the slopes and generally good but equipment in the kitchen was much worse than previous years and cleaning could have been better, we found hair in sauna, dirty socks in the bed, dirty and malfunctioning dishwasher, the drain in the shower was not working properly and despite we reported it several times, no one came to fix it. Ladies at the reception were not helpful and not providing toilet paper for this price was a bad joke. We will not be coming back.
