The location was excellent, being very close to the ski lift. The apartment was quite new, modern, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the views of the ski slopes from the windows. The heated ski equipment room on the ground floor was a real bonus. Finding the reception building was a bit challenging. Clearer information in advance regarding the apartment location (including the building number and stairwell) would have been helpful. Furthermore, the inclusion of a microwave oven would have been a welcome addition to the kitchen amenities. We quite enjoyed our stay, we will come back soon.

Very unhonest behavior from the management team. As for a force majeure and a war situation we had to cancel our reservation. I have written an email describing the unfortunate situation, and the ban of flights that prevented us from arriving. first they haves said they understand the situation and will try to help us and at least will be able to postpone the reservation. Later on, they have just ignored our messages for the whole week till check in date, than suddenly informed us they can't help us with the booking nor delaying the reservation. Just to mention that with other reservations we had no problem at all, all immediately understood the situation and canceled the reservation with no charge.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean — there were visible spider webs in the corners, which made me uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness didn’t meet basic expectations. Also, it was very noisy at night, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless improvements are made in both cleanliness and noise control.
