I was there for a event and we had our lunch afterwards. There were Jain and Non Jain Options in Buffet. Taste was good. Even after so many requests they refused to increase the AC temperature as people were shivering due to cold. One can celebrate their birthday parties and family function as they have banquet Halls.
The location and the comfort of the hotel is impeccable. Although I must say that the management is very poor. And no action has been taken since past 2-3 years about the same as the owners do not seem to care how will their customers will be managed post making respective reservations. I speak with a personal experience as I have constantly made booking at this property due to convenience of a stay closely to my residence over the time. Their tone of business is absolutely unprofessional and rude towards customers when the current situation does not fall in their favour. As deceiving as they are the management will strive to not resolve the problem and get rid of the booking instead without giving a damn because they are almost fully booked because of the property being in a prime location and has been working in the their favour for the very same reason. It is high time strict action is taken towards the management. Would advice travellers and young adults with zero bullshits tolerance to avoid this property as the management will definitely piss you off with their unprofessionalism.
Really a cheap management! I made booking on booking.com and as per the rule payment is strictly after reaching the property. Yet, they sent message that they need to deduct payment from card for surety!! The hotel should atleast have the decency to put all that clearly on booking.com and not misguiding people. The reservation department acted really cheap by canceling the reservation when I refused for it
