I visited this hotel for a meeting and rented one of their meeting rooms. The food and snacks were great, but what truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. At that time, I was feeling quite unwell with a bad cold. One of the staff members, whom I believe was Mr. Herman, kindly offered me a traditional Indonesian home remedy — a mix of lemon and sweet soy sauce — to help ease my symptoms. That small gesture really touched me and meant a lot. I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness. Service like this goes beyond expectations. Thank you!
I’d like to share my experience at Kristal Hotel , I’m extremely satisfied with the service, cleanliness, room quality, reception, and breakfast. Everything was well-managed and comfortable. A special mention to Ms. Diana from the Sales Department , she has been incredibly kind and supportive, always trying her best to accommodate our needs. Mr. Dwi at the reception desk is always helpful and attentive, ensuring guests are served with priority and care. And Ms. Elis from the breakfast area deserves praise for her energy and warmth. She’s always active, kind, and accommodating to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests, making everyone feel welcome. Their kindness and professionalism truly bring a positive vibe to the hotel. Highly appreciated!
I stayed at this hotel during the peak season of the Eid holiday. I arrived at 3 PM for check-in, but the room wasn’t ready. I had to wait for 2 hours before I could get into the room! The receptionist said I would receive a complimentary service, but until check-out, I didn’t get anything at all! Before checking out, I asked about the complimentary again, but all I got was, “I’ll ask my manager first.” I do not recommend this hotel—it’s better to find one with better service.
