Everything was well-organized and clean, with a great location near the sea. The hosts were exceptional, earning a perfect 10! Looking forward to coming back next year!
I had a wonderful stay at Kristal Paris. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure I felt comfortable. My room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The location is perfect, close to the beach,center,transport]. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!
We were on holiday with a big group last year, we rented 2 rooms and left a deposit of 700€, when it was time to return the deposit, the administrator did not have money in the safe, so he allegedly sent it to our account and showed the invoices, in the end we did not receive the money, no one answered our message, and after that the hotel was completely removed from Google maps, and here it is again! Fortunately, we booked through booking and the support service returned our deposit to us. The condition of the room is a separate story, everything is in poor condition. The only plus is the proximity to the sea and the pool. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!
