Very clean rooms and common facilities, amazing friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place if you want to visit Kristiansand area, but also want to stay close to nature. Easily reachable by city buses.

Toilet paper like sand paper. In the evening and night often loud noices from locals who come to the Camp site to use it as a hang-out spot. WiFi is sub-optimal. Nice nature though...

I will start of with the good, very kid friendly and location although out of town, is close to a supermarket and very nice! Lots of activities daily for the kids. This place charges double the usual camping price in Norway and claims to be five stars, but it is nowhere near the five stars in its current state and hence my harsh review. The bad, to shower you need to scan a QR code to pay, all good, except there is no wifi or phone reception for any operator in some of the showers (see screenshot). There is not even wifi coverage across the site. You have to scan the code, go outside, run back to the shower, get naked, and adjust the temp. By the time you do all that, you have lost a couple of minutes of shower time..... At the very least, install wifi in all the toilet blocks. Second, we stayed here a week during peak time and the toilets are not cleaned nearly as much as they should be. There was fecal matter all over one toilet and the floor, most toilets at night have rubbish overflowing onto the floor and toilet, the floors are incredibly dirty at night. Also why are there not baby change tables installed on the walls of the big toilets? In short, cleaning should happen at least three times a day to handle the amount of people and wifi must be installed for coverage everywhere that requires a qr code and payment.
