Great experience overall. Nice bedroom, although it doesn't have balcony or any close area for smokers. The hair dryer was broken and there wasn't shower caps, so it was an inconvenience to get ready or avoiding getting cold. Water temperature could be a little warmer too. Outside those matters, experience was pretty pleasant since it has comfortable areas and beautiful structure.

Very classy appearance, alot fo people said it looked old, but i stayed in a standard room and it just look like a very low light kinda style. Room was very nice, gym was awesome. Pool was incredible with a bar to the side with food. Only downer in my opinion was that it was hard to find a employee who spoke english, but I dont hold that against anyone just wanted to give a heads up.

The most beautiful Hotel I've been into in Maracaibo, great breakfast too. The only complain I have is that the TVs are not smart TVs and the configuration of the internet made it imposible for my chromecast to connect to the Wi-Fi network, so I had to watch whatever I wanted to watch in my phone.
