Kronplatz Resort Berghotel Zirm

Berghotel Zirm is a real hidden gem! We were looking to book the Hotel H**** next door but booked Berghotel Zirm instead because the other was fully booked, and we were mind blown by the quality of the service here. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The room also had a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients. There were also plenty of services and facilities offered at the hotel but unfortunately we didn't have the chance to utilise. We regretted only booked a short stay here and can't wait to come back!

This is a lovely, incredibly well managed hotel, free from all the ubiquity of the chain hotels. The staff are charming, helpful and efficient. The food is absolutely excellent, as is the service. Pool and wellness area also excellent, but slightly marred by way too many children rushing about!

We travel a lot, we ski a lot. For us this is the best ski hotel in South Tirol (because of the service, location and ski resort). Everything is perfect. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast offers a lot of different options, afternoon buffet is a serious lunch (we do not eat lunch on the slopes anymore), dinner is gourmet. Service is excellent. The Schraffl Family with the whole ZIRMtastic team are the one who make the magic.
