Kronplatz Resort Hotel Kristall

Great location in the center of a lovely mountain village, situated close to the ski lift and bus stop, this hotel serves amazing food, with friendly and professional service from all the team, but a special mention for Giuseppe who runs the bar. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, and the spa is a welcome extra after a day on the slopes. We are hoping to return next season.

We had a lovely time at hotel Kristall during our ski vacations. The rooms were renovated and very spacious. We enjoyed the facilities of the hotel after skiing (spa). The location of the hotel was top for skiing (ski in/ski out), next to the Olang gondola. Excellent breakfast buffet with many choices and dinner!

Beautiful Hotel in a Beautiful Location . Absolutely amazing breakfast and I loved the spa and pool area. The heated outdoor pool is awesome and the jacuzzi has an amazing view. The service is perfect, whatever you need they will help you and the people running it are always smiling. Hotel also offered discounts on bike rentals and wine tastings which was great . The Room design is my only negative thing . No1. The shower is the first thing you see when you open the door so if someone is having a shower and you open the door and there are people outside… they will get a good view … design is strange .. there is absolutely no privacy. No 2. I booked the room without the panorama view as it was slightly out if budget. 1.6K fir for 4 night on b&b basis I thought it was too much but if I had to book again I’d book the view room as the room I got was on the first floor and the view we had was that of a big wall .. or at least try book on a higher level .
