Fantastic hotel with lots of facilities to cater a wide range of needs. Extremely clean throughout and well maintained on a daily basis. The food in the breakfast room was brilliant and a wide range on selection. The bars had a good range of drinks available and at good prices. The rooms were a great size and had very comfortable beds with an amazing shower and bathroom. The hotel is in an ideal area for the train station, buses and for getting into the main old town as well as surrounding areas. Most of these are within an hours walk of the hotel, including the zoo. We are looking to revisit Brasov and would like to stay here again if possible.
It is one of the few hotels where I personally was able to sleep. The quality of the mattress, the pillows, the room temperature, and the quietness made me give the hotel the highest rating. It is very important for me to know that I can rest before a business meeting. Thank you for the experience!
We stayed at Kronwell Hotel as a post cruise extension with AMA Waterways. Beautiful hotel. They bring you a thermos of tea and cookies in your room. Beds are like a dream. The breakfast has so much to choose from. You would not be disappointed. The restaurant for dinner is mid to high end. We had Gabriel as our server and he made our evening special.
