I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained—lush gardens, scenic views, and serene surroundings made it the perfect escape from daily life. The room was spacious. Dining at the resort was a highlight. The restaurants offered a wide range of delicious dishes, from local cuisine to international favorites. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and everything was fresh and flavorful. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, from the relaxing spa and well-equipped gym to yoga and sauna. The pool area was clean and inviting. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every team member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and enjoyable getaway. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This was our second time in this place and we loved it as much as the first time. The spa is super nice, especially the pool, the location is lovely and food is really really good. The service is very high quality.

I have very very mixed feelings about this hotel. - the common areas, the bar, the restaurant are all so beautiful and aesthetically appealing - the bar lady is truly skilful! She prepared some of the best cocktails we ever had in Europe - the food quality exceeded our expectations, it was all fresh and delicious, even though a bigger selection (namely more chicken options would be appreciated) - the staff is very friendly and really take time to explain everything Now to the things which are big problems: - no AC anywhere in the property. We arrive before the top of summer and it was around 30 degrees outside. The hotel exterior is dark, our windows were facing west. One evening we wanted to sleep early but, the minute the sun started shining into the room, it turned into a pizza oven!!! The restaurant or the bar aren’t much better off. We went for dinner on the first night and the minute the restaurant started filling up, it becomes so hot I couldn’t eat as I was getting physically sick. Here the management is clearly playing with the health and safety of their staff… - even though the pool area looked good, the pool itself looked either dirty or damaged (from the room you could see a lot of dark spots). I opted to skip. Last but not least, due to my career I travel a lot and I have stayed in many many hotels over the last decade or so. I have seen truly bad ones and truly luxurious ones. But one thing I cannot stand is the management being pretentious about their hotels. This so clearly a good holiday destination - WHY in the hell is there a restaurant dress code that nobody follows anyway??!!!!!! You’re lucky you didn’t say a word to me about shorts and flip flops otherwise we would have had a big problem! When you’re hosting the queen of Spain, I’ll wear shoes and pants, until then sod off. For the last 3 reasons I am not planning to visit again.
