Krystal Grand Cancun All Inclusive

For the price, this hotel is absolutely worth it! We stayed in the Altitude Tower, and I highly recommend the upgrade — it offers stunning ocean views from three sides, plus direct views of both the pool and the beach. The upgrade also gives you access to the exclusive infinity pool and an Altitude-only breakfast buffet, which was a great perk. Parking was available on-site at no cost, which was super convenient. Our room, while showing some signs of heavy usage, was spacious and well-maintained. Despite a slightly dated feel, everything worked perfectly during our four-day stay — including the elevators, which had no issues at all. One of the biggest highlights was the all-inclusive service, which even included room service at no additional cost. The food delivery was prompt and well-prepared. Although vegetarian options were limited, the waitstaff went out of their way to accommodate our preferences and even customized dishes — a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. Service throughout the resort was impeccable — friendly, responsive, and family-friendly. They even served soft drinks and mocktails at the poolside, which made it a great experience for our kids as well. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially if you opt for the Altitude upgrade. Great views, good food, and fantastic service — we’d happily return!

For the price of hotel is great. Recommend doing the upgrade for a nicer room and better amenities. Received a free 10 minute massage from Daniel, which was great, Survice was also great very pleasant staff. The all inclusive breakfast lunch and dinner are crate as well.

The hotel is beautiful, large and located in a wonderful and safe area. The rooms overlook the Caribbean Sea and there is a direct entrance to the beach. There are several activities to do during the day and you can spend the day at the hotel having fun. The staff is very nice and friendly, especially Daniel, who gives very relaxing massages by the pool!
