Location is nice, Food (breakfast and lunch) is good, but rooms are not maintained properly, carpet is dirty and torn some were, Bathroom was not hygenic and not maintained tiles were broken. Though they provided electric bed warmer that made stay comfortable in cold nights. Towels they give was torn.
My experience is very bad about this Hotel. I think this is the worst Hotel i have ever stayed in. Pls don't go for its looks in the picture its only marketing gimmicks. I have visited my Hotels with my family for the past many years but i have never experienced such a humiliating behaviour of the Hotel staff. Room was smelly and it's drainage system was blocked. Bathroom/Toilet was overflow with water and water logging was there. The bed sheets, pillows and blankets were all dirty. they replaced them after complaint but replaced ones were also dirty. then the rain came and it was surprising that the roof stated leaking near our bed. I complained to staff and requested to change the room but they talked very rudely and arrogantly. One of the staff member (out of two) which was sitting at reception even said that there is no room available right now and if you don't want to stay here then check out in the morning and go found another hotel. it was 11 PM at that time so imagine what was my situation. i was feeling humiliating at that time. My whole family couldn't sleep for the whole night. they charged me Rs. 3500 for this piece of dirt and junk. . it is not worth for Rs. 350 even. The only good thing about this hotel was its Food. So with folded hands i request to all please don't go to this hotel and waste your hard earned money.
POOR AND BAD BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF! First of all they don’t have wifi and no fan. Water logging in the washroom. The daal we ate was not cooked properly. Had to ask multiple times for the towel and soap then also they provided the same next morning. And when we complained at the time of paying bill, the person at the reception was talking very rudely. Request you to please go to the hotel next to it.
