It is quiet, conveniently located on the main road, but a bit far from the medina/.hisyorical centre. The staff is very nice, it is clean, the room was spatious, but no kettle or cups to.make tea in the room. there is no wifi at all. in theory the wifi is only near the reception, bu it is not functioning at all. The restaurant offers no single vegeterian meal, but breakfast is good. the hotel is much overpriced for what it offers
Haven't even arrived at this hotel and I'm already exhausted from their awful customer service. Their booking dot com page has an email address which doesn't work. When I contact them via the app itself I get an automatic reply saying I should email a second address, which also doesn't work. The hotel doesn't have WhatsApp either. And the number on the booking listing doesn't work (le numéro est désactivé). Unreachable. Horrible experience. All I wanted was to ask for help with how to get from a nearby town to Tozeur and to see about arranging guided tours. Now I haven't even arrived and I already hate this hotel.
First at this hotel you gotta pay for every thing(water.juices.....)second th e bathroom is awful. Dirty.nasty.and the bedroom is without a balcony .Now listen to this mesirable story when our agency got-out from this hotel w'evben poinsed . The food sucks.spoiled and the choice of it is limited. There is no elevator .lastly the water in the bathroom doesn't work well.
