My stay at KSL Resort was absolutely wonderful. I'd give it 5 stars across the board without a second thought. The location is fantastic, putting you right in the middle of all the action with easy access to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was impeccable. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were excellent. The facilities, from the lobby to the dining areas, were all top-notch. I highly recommend KSL Resort to anyone looking for a truly outstanding experience.

We stayed at KSL Hotel & Resort and leaving for our home Singapore soon. It was a truly pleasant experience, especially considering the difficult time my family was going through after losing my dad just 2 weeks ago. A special mention goes to Mr. Azrol Bin Abdul Aziz, the Assistant Outlet Manager at the restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. When a miscommunication issue arose with our booking, Mr. Azrol swiftly resolved the problem, showcasing his exceptional problem-solving skills and dedication to customer satisfaction. His hospitality and kindness made our breakfast gathering a wonderful experience. We felt valued and cared for throughout our stay. Mr. Azrol is an exemplary hotel staff member who prioritizes guests' needs, and we would highly recommend KSL Hotel to friends and family based on the excellent service we received. The location is excellent and the accommodation is pleasant. However, as a travel consortium, it would be worthwhile to allocate some budget towards upgrading the lifts—particularly at the service apartments. 1. The number of lifts is limited 2. The lifts are slow and inefficient 3. Safety of the lift is a concern, especially for a resort that caters to families and children Improving this aspect would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
