Great hotel as service is extremely fast however rooms would be better if they had blackout curtains but all that matters is that they are clean the lifts can be a long wait but all around great hotel. Also there was some amazing fireworks!
Great hotel in absolute center of Sunny Beach. Great staff, animation, bartenders, food service, front desk..all. We enjoyed the pool with family including 5 year old, 26 year old and adult couple.
Nothing wrong with the rooms or location but all of our group agreed the hotel let the holiday down, the food wasn’t nice at all and they closed the seating area around the pool until later on which left two areas left in the hotel to sit in which were either full of kids or no seats available, everyday. I wouldn’t return
