The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, simple. If you like to sleep with your windows open, be ready to listen to trains, railways are just next to the building. The neighbourhood isn't considered to be safe, with lots of kebabs but you won't find a cafe with cappuccino and croissant nearby. Rooms are cleaned daily, if you want, towels and beds can be changed daily too. There's underground parking.
Always love a pet friendly hotel. Although a bit tight specially for an suv, we appreciated the garage option to park our car. There was some work going on with one of the elevators but luckily, the pet fee was reduced for the inconvenience. The room was nice and spacious.
The hotel isn't far from a major station (Gare du Nord), but the area isn't clean, and even though there weren't any issues, the feeling of security wasn't great. The room was good, with a comfortable bed, a desk, and a bathroom. This is a particular weak point of the hotel, as is customary in France, the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower above it. The problem is that when I showered, the water would splash all over the outside of the bathroom. There was no curtain or anything else to prevent the water from running out of the bathtub. Every time I showered, the bathroom would get completely soaked! Breakfast was good. Nothing spectacular, but it was good, and the food was tasty (except for the scrambled eggs!) The staff was very attentive and tried their best to help us. Everyone spoke English, and there were two people who spoke Portuguese! :-)
