Ku'Damm 101 Hotel

I stayed at Hotel Ku’Damm during the Messe Mary Jane (20–23.06.) and had a great experience! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and understanding, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent – very central and well connected to public transport, which made getting around Berlin super easy. One big plus was the nice garden/smoking area – it was really helpful to have a comfortable space to relax outside without having to stand on the street. I’ll definitely be back next year – already looking forward to it! Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. Thank you for the great hospitality!

It’s decent enough for the price if you’re able to book it for 100 euros, otherwise it’s better to pay a little extra and stay somewhere else. The place doesn’t even have a washroom in the lobby, and the hallways look like a creepy hospital. Also, if you are paying on Agoda, they make you pay for the city tax even if you already paid for it, so be careful when comparing prices. We also booked two beds but we got one connected one like this. One thing is that the location is pretty nice if you know how to use the e scooters like Lime. The staffs are relatively nice and speak English.

The room and the hotel were good in general, but I stayed during June, and the air conditioning was not working, and it was impossible to stay or to rest as it was too hot. I asked at the reception and they only gave some excuses, as that it was only active during certain hours of the day (false, as I was with other people and in their rooms, they had air con during the whole day)
