Unbelievably poor customer service especially for this grade of hotel. I made a reservation and hotel confirmed my booking. I reached out to re-confirm, took number of days to hear back. Then, I received a letter that they regret to inform they can’t honor the reservation due to incorrect price caused by their system glitch. I wrote twice to follow up on potential solutions, never heard back. The hotel didn’t take any steps to fix the problem or find a solution, very unprofessional and disappointing.
