Lovely place on the Weinstraße witnessing history of the area and Austrian authentic culture in wine production, gastronomy and hospitality. Atmosphere is just ideal for lunch or dinner with family and friends. Interior is pleasant and gorgeous with lovely paintings and old rustic wooden furniture. Wine is fantastic, followed with tasteful and lovely arranged meals. Service is pleasant and helpful.

What a wonderful place! The KulturWeingut Kästenburg is a true gem. The panoramic view of the green hills and vineyards is absolutely breathtaking. It's the kind of landscape that makes you forget about time and invites you to contemplate. We received a warm welcome and the service was impeccable. The highlight was undoubtedly the food and wine. The dishes were delicious and clearly prepared with fresh ingredients. We enjoyed a charcuterie and cheese platter, accompanied by grapes and fresh vegetables; it was a delight for the eyes and the taste buds. We also tried hot dishes that were equally delicious. The wine, produced on site, is excellent. It's a unique experience to taste a wine while admiring the vines from which it comes. We had the opportunity to glimpse the grapes ripening in the sun, promising a beautiful harvest. The atmosphere is perfect for a moment of relaxation. We loved the local touches like the "Klapotetz," the wooden windmill, which adds authentic charm to the place. Whether for a meal, a wine tasting, or simply to enjoy the view, it's the perfect place. I highly recommend KulturWeingut Kästenburg and can't wait to return!
