The hotel is new, modern. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range. The rooms were clean and tidied up every day. Towels were changed. The staff is friendly and highly commendable. The location is ok, but without a car it is not possible to get around and change beaches. There is a bus that runs every day at a certain time to the beach and also to the door. The music in the evening was nice, it was a pleasure to listen to. The hotel is completely safe. If you have a plane later in the evening, you have a room available where you will get 30 minutes to shower and change clothes. That is highly commendable. We will definitely be back.

Excellent accommodation with clean, modern, fully equipped rooms. Large pool area very close to rooms. Plenty of selection of food and drink, we opted for the all inclusive option at check-in which was well worth it. There is a small mini mart next to reception as well as a slightly bigger one about 15 min walk away. The hotel is a short taxi ride into the centre which staff at reception can book for you. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Just had the best time. Nice and relaxing. So starting with reception. Lovely and welcoming. Wonderful staff very helpful. It all looks lovely and smells great! Room, brilliant, fresh clean and modern. Beautiful decor with lovely light fittings. Bed super comfortable. Pool area is lovely. If you want a fancy bed it’s a small extra cost. Otherwise lots of beds available. Restaurant is a really lovely place to be, if inside or out. Lovely fresh food, plenty of choice. Buffet style. There is a free bus service if you need it to local areas. Entertainment is a nice choice of singers each night. This is a classy hotel, so don’t expect karaoke! Or discos to the early hours! Bar service is fantastic, all you need for all inclusive. It’s a little out of town, but honestly it’s really not a problem. A short taxi trip to Maspalomas . Love this hotel.
