Hello everyone! I was with the team at the Kupets Hotel. I always come here with pleasure on a fitness tour. I like the lawn at the hotel, it is nice to work out on the fitness mats on the grass. The hotel has cozy, clean rooms, complex meals. There is an opportunity to visit the gym and mirror rooms; as well as the beautiful Gorchukhino Beach within walking distance. The administrators are friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the hotel manager Liliya and the administrator Tatyana.
Печально что такое красивое здания досталось такой не оплошной и ужасной управляющей. Которая не правильно и не красиво относится к своим сотрудникам. Меняйте управления иначе людей не будет. Повара со столовой после того как дети или взрослые покушали, остатки с тарелок собирают бросают в кастрюлю и потом накладывают другим гостям. Это ужас я ещё такое не видела. Не примите меры пойдут дальше жалобы и в итоге проверки.
Wonderful hotel! I stayed with a colleague for 5 days in September 2019, on a work trip. The rooms are excellent, clean, cleaned and towels changed every day. Delicious breakfasts, helpful and attentive staff. After working at the forum, we were happy to return to the hotel and recuperate) Thanks to the staff!
