The Czech ladies at the reception desk were very supportive and helfpfull, dinner buffet was good and a big variety as well as breakfast buffet, only the live music was a bit annoying during and after dinner. 1 negative comment was that we walked via a corridor to the swimming pool and spa, no robes available in the room and no extra towels, and we could not put entrance fee of swimming pool on our room account and ofcourse we had no money or credit card in our swim shorts.

The service here really saved the trip. The room itself looked nice, was clean, and had a wonderful balcony. However, the walls are like paper and noise from other rooms and the hallway was impossible to ignore. There weren't many people staying, and I can't imagine what it's like when the hotel is full. That said, the staff made the experience worthwhile. The food was good, and the baked goods especially stand out as excellent. I preferred the all-included breakfast vs. the dinner experience where you had more limited selection and had to pay for drinks separately. The waitstaff and chef were all kind and cordial. The reception staff were also great and helped us solve a tricky issue with the spa around overcharging. They clearly wanted to do what they could to help us have a nice stay. That said, the wifi was almost non-existent in our room and the many fees (robes cost extra, 'hygiene' fee for COVID, tourist tax, etc.) were a bummer. The other issue is that this hotel is about a zillion miles from anywhere. If you want to walk around in the nice park or have easy, cheap parking, this is your place! Otherwise, nope.

First, the positives: ++++++++ Everything was clean. Service was friendly in all areas. „Bademantel Gang“ is great for getting to the pool area in comfort. Breakfast was good. The room was large and had a balcony with a clothes drying rack. Shower/bathroom was super and modern. Now the negatives: - - - - - WLAN was either very slow or nonexistent. Evening dinner wasn’t very nice at all and we were very glad to have had the dinner vouchers for other restaurants. We will come again for sure.
