Kurhotel Skodsborg

Good classy hotel with good restaurants and bar. Gym, spa swimming pool and access to the north sea right accross the road. Stayed here on a business trip. Will stay here if I m town again.

Very good hotel directly on the beach situated a bit noth of Copenhagen. The entire place is very clean and quite. My room had a window toward the street and it was no problem to sleep with open window. I have seen bigger food selections for hotel breakfasts in my life, however, the food served were of best quality. I did not use the Spa so i can not comment. The room I had was quite and kept quite simple. This was a bit amazing for the high price i paid for the night. Also the single bed in the room was very small, but convenient. It might be that for a larger bed i must have done a different booking.

More of a youth hostel than a 4 star hotel. Received around 25 spam emails with broken links for a 2 night stay. No luggage assistance upon checkin. Unprofessional staff that does not know how to authorize incidentals with a card reader and blames the guest at checkin, then forced me to pre-pay potential incidentals when I was staying on a prepaid reservation. Rooms straight up nasty with mold and dirty bed. No minibar. People partying loudly in the restaurant at 11pm with no reception reachable via phone. Had to walk down twice to get them to manage the noise. No room service available via phone either. Prepaid for 2 nights and checked out after 1. Was promised a refund upon checkout which I never received, hotel is no longer getting back via email either. Stay away.
