Nice place to swim

Супер!!! Отдыхали первый раз в этом отеле. С 31.12 по 03.01.25 номер был стандарт на 8 этаже. Большой чистый, белоснежные халаты, полотенца и постельное 👍. Вид из окна красивый, все салюты посмотрели 👍 Питание - завтрак шведский стол - все вкусно и на любой вкус. Бассейн - чистый, очень теплый, большой! Водные горки и дети и взрослые катались с удовольствием 👍 Также комплекс саун огонь 👍 Вообщем все для семейного отдыха 👍

On January 17, 2025, my family (my husband, me and two children, 7 and 2 years old) went for a swim in the pool. I leave a very negative review!!! The water is cold in both the children's pool and the adult pool! The room is also not warm at all! We were all frozen, the child, who is 2 years old, had blue lips. My daughter lost her bracelet, the “lifeguard” said that we would have to pay 300 rubles, we refused to pay because we didn’t go outside the pool area and didn’t put it in our pocket!!! By the way, they told me that I should go to the “rescuer” and look for the bracelet....., I, already dressed and with shoes, went to look for this bracelet! I didn't find it! An hour was enough for us and it was no longer interesting or pleasant because it was cold and uncomfortable, even my daughter, to my surprise, asked to go home! And, by the way, the vests that hang for children and visitors.... most of them do not have fastenings and no one came up and helped put this vest on the child! Conclusion: our family will not go there again!
