Kust Hotell & Spa

Amazing first experience in this hotel. The spa was a bit crowded, but the staff was super helpful and attentive. Our waitress at the restaurant was the absolute BEST, I was excited to try a traditional Swedish meatball plate and they did everything to be accomodating. Everything was delicious! Our room was spotless, the sunset view was incredible and the breakfast buffet was copious and tasty. I absolutely loved my stay at the Kust.

Hotel is located in the centre of the city providing convenient access to all major attractions. Parking garage is available. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bed is quite soft, slightly to plushy for my taste. Room is equipped with minibar, toiletries, bathrobe, coffee maker and iron. All you might need. View from the 9th floor is amazing. The main highlight is bar and restaurant at the top of the hotel. Large two level windows provide amazing view on Piteå area. From the bar it is possible to walk outside and enjoy the drink on one of two terraces. Food in the restaurant was perfect and definitely worth a re-visit in future. Staff in the hotel seems to be busy and quiet. More attention towards the guests would be appreciated.

The hotel room was roomy and nicely furnitured. The bathroom was well equipped. I found the breakfast to offer slighly lower veriety than expected. The assortment of gluten free bread was dissapointing. Offering some rice cakes or similar would be a nice addition. The spa experience was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.
