Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — a perfect place to relax after a long day. One of the highlights was the breakfast spread — so many delicious options, beautifully presented and constantly replenished. A great way to start the day! We also enjoyed the complimentary spa experience, which was such a nice touch — relaxing and professional. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and top-notch service.
We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked through Agoda. Upon arrival, we were served by the friendly Ms. Nita, but we had to wait an hour because the room wasn't ready. We understand because this hotel is so strategic and also has many international guests staying. When we went up to the 3rd floor, we got a large suite room and the kids were very happy. The bar was stocked, the facilities were lit, and the toilet and bed were neat. At breakfast, I saw that this hotel really pampers its guests with a variety of traditional and international dishes. The tray was never empty, delicious fried bananas, my husband's favorite fried rice, pancakes and cereal and milk were all the kids loved. The hotel is close to Kuta beach and the mall as well as the airport. The staff worked well and were friendly. We were very happy, as were our kids who want to return to Bali and stay at this hotel again. Thank you Kuta Paradiso, we pray that the owner will live long and all the staff will be happy. 🙏🏻🙏🏻✨
We have had a fabulous stay at Kuta Paradiso Hotel. From pick up at the airport to our Departure, we have been well looked after, the amenities were clean and rooms made up daily, great shower pressure too! Complimentary breakfast and Massage was amazing....shout out to Jacob and the staff at the Laguna pool bar for looking after us and some great advice on local attractions. We will definitely be back!
