Really nice hotel. Opened 3 years ago, still feel new. We were impressed at the size of the rooms, and even the hallways. Good dinner that was included, decent breakfast. Very nice service.
Great value! Overall, the hotel was great. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and well-maintained, and the bathroom was clean. We were a group of 3, and they had prepared a room with one big bed and one small separate bed for us, which was very convenient. The breakfast was decent. Even with large groups of tourists around, there was always enough food to meet everyone’s needs, and they kept everything well-stocked throughout the morning. It was a good variety of options, though not exceptional, but definitely satisfying. The location is excellent—it’s right in the heart of the city, making it ideal for tourists who want to explore nearby attractions. It’s within walking distance of several shops and restaurants, so it’s very convenient for those who want to experience the local culture and easily get around. Additionally, there were several adorable cats and dogs around the hotel, which added a charming touch to the stay. They were friendly and well-behaved, making it a delightful experience for animal lovers.
I was shocked. The hotel is supposed to be 5 stars Unfortunately the size of the room is very small and it was on the second floor at the conference hall next to a public bathroom The TV is very small and the ironing equipment will be shocked by it The room in general is very small compared to the bathroom very big The air conditioning wasn't working For 3 days call the manager but no one Breakfast is very simple The smell of eggs please, and once the boiled eggs were cold from the refrigerator, not fresh. Unfortunately my experience was bad I don't know based on 5 stars No one from the administration cared about what I asked for whether the quality of the room that was booked, its maintenance or the breakfast I asked them for honey but they said it was over so my kids didn't enjoy the basic breakfast I hope that the real management takes the issue seriously and provides services that suit the guest in return for what he pays
