Kuti Resort and Spa

I stayed in the place for three nights with beautiful service. Staffs are very accommodating and it’s such good distance to explore the area around. My memories are made in this property. It’s very likeable. Rooms are best with balcony. They also have spa service and it’s worth a try.

Well maintained. Nice rooms. Spacious. About 10 mins walk from lakeside main road. Free gym for guests. You can view Machhapuchhre from the balcony. Make sure to bargain the price though 🤣🤭

This hotel is a complete scam. It may look appealing in photos, but the reality is far from it. The room we were given had an ancient air conditioner that clearly hadn’t been serviced in years — it stopped working the same night we checked in. When I called the front desk for help, they responded extremely late and moved us to another room, which was just as bad, if not worse. The new room was dirty, with hair on the bed and insects crawling on the floor. The bathroom door didn’t lock properly, and the steel pipes were completely rusted. It’s shocking that this place is marketed as a 4-star hotel — in truth, it barely deserves 1 star. If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. The photos online are completely misleading. A very disappointing experience.
