Wonderful Stay at Kuwait Continental Hotel! I had an amazing experience at Kuwait Continental Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The service was top-notch throughout my stay, and I really appreciate how attentive and professional everyone was. The restaurant deserves special praise – the food was delicious with a good variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served beautifully. A special shoutout to one of the pregnant staff members (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) – she was exceptionally kind, cheerful, and helpful despite her condition. Her dedication and positive energy truly stood out and made my experience even more memorable.

Entrance fees to visiting sites are very expensive. Food and other goods are on the higher side of prices. Many places other than the city are left neglected of infrastructural development and are very shabby and dirty. People are very friendly. Roads are not pedestrian friendly as almost all drivers don't stop at pedestrian crossings.

Poor Experience – Avoid in Hot Season I had a disappointing stay at Grand Majestic Hotel, Kuwait City. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Almost every second day, the hotel staff claimed the compressors were down and shut off the AC in the rooms for “maintenance,” even after multiple complaints. Strangely, the ACs in the lobby and staff offices were working perfectly, which raises serious concerns about guest treatment. In the intense Kuwait summer heat, this is simply unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend staying here during hot weather. Save yourself the discomfort—there are better options in the city.
