This is a beautiful hotel, for the discerning traveler. The one who likes experiences over just a place to lay one’s head. It is an intimate boutique, artsy hotel and every corner is genuinely appealing to the eye. It’s clear it has been carefully and lovingly put together. For this - it gets regularly sold out and so things like early check in, and upgrades that one takes for granted, cannot simply be provided. I arrived early from an overnight flight and had a long wait for check in - there were simply no rooms. This was well managed - I was provided an area to shower and get on with the day as well as a welcome drink. Love that restaurant for breakfast with its vast options and the Asian restaurant for dinner was good too. I had an issue which was resolved - not as swift as I’d have liked but fair enough to make it a continued stay instead of an early check out. Thank you to Moses and his team for the same. if you are here reading - book it. Everyone needs a bit of joy when travelling and Kwetu is a delight.
Ever walked into an accommodation and saw that it was exactly as you had imagined? Yup that was my bae & myself. From the warm karibu to the amazing staffs and even security guards & of course the location. Honestly, a big thank you to the team who helped the babe make my birthday weekend special. Room service being 24 hrs was a plus and the team is pretty fast too. We had the pleasure of enjoying a nice yummy meal by the pool. Our room was spacious and the amenities were nice too. Hopefully I’ll enjoy the bathtub next time. To the entire team THANK YOU.
I loved the modern, relaxed vibe of the hotel. Upon checking in, there is an instant follow up on WhatsApp. The room is equipped with an espresso machine, a wardrobe area for each guest, and a giant TV, which I found superior to my other 5 star hotel experience in Nairobi. Meko, the hotel restaurant, is very reasonable priced. We particularly appreciate the late night room service as we are severely jet lagged and can only have our dinner at 12am. Very impressive and would definitely recommend Kwetu Nairobi 👍🏻👍🏻
