Kydon The Heart City Hotel

I had the most amazing stay at the Kydon Hotel, right in the heart of Greece! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like family—warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. A special shoutout to Rena, the beautiful bartender with the cutest smile—her energy lit up the room and every drink came with good vibes. Nikos, Ioanna, KiKi, and Alexandros were all incredibly sweet, helpful, and attentive. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or just a friendly conversation, they were always there with a smile and a kind word. Every interaction felt genuine. They didn’t just do their jobs—they made the experience personal. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so at ease, like you’ve come home, even when you’re far from it. The service was top-notch, the atmosphere cozy and vibrant, and the staff? Absolutely unforgettable. Thank you all for making my stay so special. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time at Kydon Hotel! It’s definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at so far. The location is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I would especially like to mention Rena from the bar on the first floor — she truly made our stay unforgettable! Also, a big thank you to Elena, Anna, and Ioanna, who made sure every morning at breakfast was perfect and that we had everything we needed. The entire staff is the heart and soul of this hotel, and we will definitely be coming back!

The service was horrible. When we walked in, the man at the front named Kosta was very rude and completely didn’t want to help us out. If there was a possibility to give this hotel a zero star rating I would.
