The hotel fully met our expectations! Convenient location in the very center of Kyiv - tens of meters from Khreshchatyk. Nearby Silpo and McDonald's. The room is clean, with everything you need: hot water, shower, wi-fi, TV, refrigerator, cutlery. I was very pleased with the price, as well as the opportunity to leave things for a while after check-out.
Convenient location. Affordable prices. Good, new, well-maintained furniture. The room is clean and tidy. Good communication with the staff.
The hotel is on the 4th floor of a very old building, there is no elevator, and there is no one to help carry the luggage. I checked in at 11:00 PM, the hotel contacted me beforehand to request a prepayment for 1 night, because check-in after 6:00 PM requires a prepayment. When I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM, it turned out that it was the 4th floor, narrow stairs with long flights, and there was no one to help lift the suitcase. That is, they took care of getting the payment in advance, but they didn't care about warning about the stairs and luggage. Unfortunately, I had nowhere to go, because it was 11:00 PM, so I was dragging my suitcase and backpack, straining my back. If I had known about such hotel conditions in advance, I would have chosen another hotel. The hotel staff is terrible, not at all friendly, constantly turned up their noses in an arrogant manner, and reluctantly answered questions. When I asked about assistance with luggage and complained about back pain, they also accused me of not reading their reviews on booking, which said the 4th floor had no elevator. That is, they don't mention this information in the description, they refer you to read the reviews. So keep the review. I still feel pain in my lower back.
