Hotel is 5 minutes from the airport which made it incredibly handy for my late night flight. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious and was clean upon arrival. Need was comfy. The restaurant staff, especially Sampath was very engaging and helpful to my specific dietary needs. His English was superb, no communication barrier. The reception even allowed me to check out at 1pm which I'm grateful for.
Good airport close to the hotel. A short 3 minute drive away. Rooms were clean and tidy and reception was friendly. Only small downside was weak wifi in the room but otherwise perfect for a 1 night stay.
The price for the room we stayed is relatively expensive within norms of Sri Lanka, and to see it dirty was unacceptable. Positives: Lots of room, the view to the pool, conditioner working. Good food in the restaurant. Close to the airport. Free shuttle. Negatives: It was dirty in the room, many hairs in the bathroom, the linen was also in spots, the floor was stained. When I asked for an adaptor, the receptionist said "sure, they would bring it", but no one brought it. I know, they don't have to provide adapters, but they said they would...
