Great value. Excellent breakfast overlooking the pool. Great vibe among staff and guests. Arresting, soaring roof, and we got to experience a 5.5 earthquake! The staff handled the situation very professionally. Thank you for the awesome room upgrade!!!!!
Absolutely not a 4 star hotel Room is very antique, bad isolated, carpet completely wet, holes, stains, mold everywhere, I didn't even go to the swimming pool fearing that I'll discover another lack of hygiene.
It was very interesting that they allowed a corporate party, playing mind-numbing club music to continue in their pool facility. At midnight. Under heavy rain. There was only a handful people attending, but the management let them have their fun at the cost of guest comfort. The only redeeming quality I found in my stay was the size of the room. I advise picking other hotel that would appreciate your comfort.
