First I’d thanks the whole staff especially the receptionist , Faisal who has a pretty smile and great manners in welcoming the guests! The hotel is so clean and cozy. They are attentive to your request so quickly. Also the area is quiet during night time so u can rest peacefully. Its also close to the airport and main attractions area like Almuj . It’s my first time staying in this hotel and it won’t be the last. Recommended! 👍🏼 and thank you all 💕

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and valued. The room was spacious and comfortable. The coffee at Second Cup café is excellent and served with a smile, and the food is very tasty. We would come back to stay when visiting Muscat and recommend it highly to prospective guests.

We loved this hotel! It's new, very bright, and spotlessly clean — both the rooms and the entire property. The receptionists were incredibly polite, helpful, and hospitable. The restaurant food was truly delicious, and all the hotel and restaurant staff were professional and genuinely cordial. A special thanks to Michaela, who was especially hospitable and supportive during breakfast — she, along with the rest of the team, made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.
