Visited the hotel during high season and found some few things mainly from understaffing. - hair in bathroom - dust on all panels - one half empty roll of toilet paper - windows looks like they never been cleaned - breakfast at 7 was a bit messy because of all people so staff could not keep up with things running out. - Coffee was not good The positive side: -Very friendly staff -Good price -Good hotel placement

I would just say, if you have opportunity to go in some other hotel, go. Food, breakfast, nothing. I stayed 6 days and every day I have to go several times to the reception cos key from the room was not working. In the room aircondition no working and the sink also. All in all...avoid this hotel with 4 stars.

Stayed on 18 June 2025 for a night. Were a lot of moths on the inside of the window, which was quite unpleasant. More importantly, the service was very disappointing. One staff member (a Latin lady on night duty) was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing a clear lack of customer service skills and basic manners. Fortunately, the male staff member on duty was very helpful and showed excellent hospitality—far better than the lady. His assistance made the experience a bit more bearable.
