I often visit there with my family or friends for a day trip.Natural radon hot spring which makes your skin smooth♪ After the bath, please try "Yogurt Hat." It's Jersey cow soft ice cream on Jersey cow yogurt♪ It's super delicious♪♪☆

Super nice service. Clean rooms with good view. The buffet dinner offered high quality and delicious food. The public bath (onsen) was quite small and boring.

We actually stayed at the campsite nearby which is run by the same company and allows you access to the bath here. We only really used the bathing facilities so I can't comment on the hotel rooms but the bath is small and feels in need of renewal. There are two different options but both the main building and the lodge option are lacking and could be greatly improved. Additionally, the staff here (and at the Kyukamura resort in Wakayama) don't know what is going on. Some will tell you that it's ok to use the facilities, others will tell you you can only go in after 18:30, some insist upon seeing a receipt for the campsite before admission. The rules seemed to change daily depending on how the reception staff like your face. I think a meeting / better training could greatly benefit the establishment.
