My experience in Kyushu Joycheng is perfect and the room so clean with smart facilities. Beautiful views from the room. And I would like to Thank Mr James in the reception for his kindness and hospitality. For sure will come again.
The google maps location for this hotel is actually wrong. It is at the corner of Minghua Rd and Nanhai Blvd (the other corner from where google map places this). This is a 5 star hotel, but not really international standards, it is more 5 star by China standards. I would rate it as 4 star by international standards. Limited English capabilities with the staff, but not a problem if you have Chinese speakers in your crew. The rooms were comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a large range of Asian offerings, less so for Western offerings. The Location was fantastic if you were hanging around the Seaworld precinct in Shen Zhen. We choose this as the 'landing' hotel in Shen Zhen as we took the Ferry from Hong Kong Airport transferred to Shen Zhen and the ferry comes in at SheKou Harbour, which was then a short bus ride to the hotel (assuming you had already organised your Shenzhen tap on card for public transport)...
Good hotel, but they refuse to answer their phone, so I can't get reimbursed for my room on my business trip. Poor customer service experience.
