Kûara Hotel

Beautiful resort and ocean views. Very relaxing atmosphere and spectacular scenery by the pool and ocean. Overall, kuara is very clean, has large spacious showers, very comfortable king size beds and perfect air conditioning. They clean the rooms very nice. All the staff on the property are very pleasant and seem happy. Alberto and cleoton are both very accommodating and displayed exceptional customer service and spoke amazing fluent English. The spa is also very nice and provided amazing massages with fair prices. I will stay here again. You get what you pay for :-).

We went for day use. Spectacular. Great tennis courts, awesome service and very well trained personell. On the beach, you have right to use lounge chairs and beach towels. The whole staff very nice and super quick to help with anything you might want or need.

A good hotel but, to me, it does not meet expectations based of its rating and price. Both the check in and check out were bumpy for us. Even though the hotel was not full, we had to wait for our room until 2pm and, if I recall correctly, we got there around 1pm. For check out, they were not flexible with letting us stay a little longer to align with our flight back. They claimed the hotel was full, which we were really skeptical about because it was the end of the summer and the breakfast, pool and beach were quite empty. The rooms were nice, no complaints there! The service at reception, restaurant and bar was worse than other 5 star hotels we stayed in Trancoso. Not terrible but definitely less courteous. I wouldn’t recommend for a honey moon!
