Just a few steps from the beach and less than half a mile from downtown, the location couldn’t be more convenient. The stairs to our room were a bit narrow, but once inside, we quickly forgot about the climb. The room looked recently updated — clean, fresh, and comfortable. We really appreciated how quiet it was during our stay, though visiting midweek may have played a part in that. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit.

Great experience here! Our room was super clean with a partial ocean view and balcony. The resort itself is incredibly convenient with the beach directly on site and walking distance to the pier, restaurants and shops. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. It was great to rent beach chairs and have access to both the indoor and outdoor pool. It was so nice to have peace and quiet as the guests all were respectful and we couldn't ask for a better experience. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I was extremely disappointed. The whole structure felt unsafe any was leaning, and I was nervous when my kids went out on our balcony because the rail was so unsteady. Our room felt old and unclean. The bathroom was very very small, even smaller than the one we had on our cruise ship. The shower was barely big enough to stand up in. The only housekeeping that was done was a quick vacuum one time, despite us asking for housekeeping to come to our room. They also dropped off a clear plastic bag with several towels, bottles of shampoo and coffee packets one time. We were told housekeeping “didn’t like to go into guests rooms (?!) and we were even asked to empty our own trash bins in our room and leave the trash outside of our room door. Our room did not have a phone and the internet service was super slow and spotty. The only positive was the location (right on the ocean). There were no outdoor showers to wash sand off of our feet so it felt like there was sand everywhere in the halls of the hotel and in our room. The beds were somewhat comfortable, however the mattress pads/protectors didn’t fit the oversized mattresses and popped off of the mattress constantly all night. I couldn’t wait to go home!
