Why I’ll Always Return to L7 From the room to the overall atmosphere, every detail of the hotel reflects the trusted quality of Lotte Hotels & Resorts. What truly stood out was the warm and genuine welcome from Ms. Naomi at the front desk — her kindness left a lasting impression. It’s rare to feel so well taken care of. This was more than just a stay — it was an experience that reminded me why L7 always feels like the right choice.

The room is new and clean. It is convenient as the hotel is connected to the mall. The breakfast is really great with many choices. The hotel is close to the airport. However it is a bit away from the old quarter. All in all, will choose to stay in this hotel again.

I’ve never stayed in the suburbs of the city before, so this is my first experience doing so for the convenience of my trip. Although L7 is listed as a five-star hotel, the cost for a three-night stay is nearly $470 per person, yet the service has been slow, and the reception staff are not very flexible. Since we arrived early in the morning, I wanted to complete the check-in process before heading out. The standard check-in time is after 3 PM, and the receptionist informed us that only two out of the four rooms they had prepared for us were available at that time. The other two rooms would only be ready by 3 PM. I asked if there were any other available rooms so that we could all check in together, but after checking, the receptionist found nothing else available. I hope your staff can be more flexible and proactive, as we usually receive better service at other five-star hotels. Additionally, since our payment was made using another person’s credit card, we needed to send an authorization form to that person for completion and signature. While the process itself was fine, the receptionist’s explanation was inconsistent and disorganized—instead of providing clear instructions from the start, they explained things in bits and pieces as they came to mind. Please provide proper training to your staff so they can communicate information clearly and efficiently. When we received our room keys, no one assisted us with our luggage—neither in taking it to the elevator nor to our rooms. This is something that should be improved as well. And the breakfast options were very limited. The bread was terrible—the sourdough didn’t taste like sourdough at all… After I checked in, a friend of mine also booked a one-night stay so he could go out with me the next day. He also complained a lot about this hotel…
