La Banque Hotel

I have been to La Banque several times for planning meeting in their conference room. This was the first time I stayed over night. It was a great well appointed room. My meal in the Prime restaurant was top notch.

Great hotel! The only issue I had was the key cards. Whenever we needed 1 new key card, they would need to re-print all of them, making the other originals useless. No other hotel I've been to needed to do this. This practice made it incredibly difficult to access our rooms at times. Other than that, the hotel / desk staff was awesome!

I travel frequently for work and was excited to stay this hotel in my hometown for my brother’s wedding. Unfortunately, my stay fell short of my expectations. First, they gave my brother trouble about checking-in early, which caused him unnecessary stress on his special day. After the wedding, I got to my hotel room only to be met with a room that smelled deeply of sewage. Perplexed, I checked the fridge to see if someone possibly had left soiled food but no, they have a serious plumbing issue that leaves a fecal odor wafting in the air. Even with the bathroom door closed, it woke me up throughout the night - I could not wait to get out of there. As I said, I travel often for work and have never experienced something like this. The quality of the experience did not match the price point. Not enough free collagen face masks in the world can make up for not making the groom feel special on his wedding day or guests smelling feces in their hotel rooms.
